Etoiles is the very first women’s piece crafted by Peplord—an ode to memory, patience, and the quiet poetry of handwork. Entirely handmade, this crochet bag is woven using 150 meters of supple cowhide leather thread, each loop echoes the rhythms of traditional craftsmanship.

Its surface reveals a constellation of tightly sculpted leather rosettes, a tactile landscape that gives the bag its name: Etoiles, “stars.” The upper portion transitions into a smoother, more open weave, creating a natural balance between structure and softness. The deep black leather amplifies the shadows between the knots, giving the piece a sculptural presence.
